In 2016 Relentless partnered with the UK B-Boy Championships World Finals on their 20th anniversary, hosted by the legendary Crazy Legs of the Rock Steady Crew NYC and Afrika Islam, one of the pioneers of hip hop culture. This year, the finals saw competitors travel from all over the globe including America, Russia, Ukraine, France, The Netherlands, South Korea and Japan, each bringing their absolute A-game.

The event featured the best solo breakers, poppers, lockers, hip-hop dancers and b-boy crews from across the globe. Dance veterans Soul Mavericks made their presence heard loud and clear bringing home third place in the finals. Their very own B-Boy battler Sunni won first place in the Solo B-boy finals and we couldn’t be more proud!

This year’s B-boy Championship had two of London’s hottest grime artists, Ghetts & Rude Kid perform to a sold out crowd, which definitely added a burst of energy to both the crowd and the dancers. In addition, the award winning beatbox artist Reeps One showcased his ridiculous skills live on stage.
