A week of world-class surf, skate, BMX and music in Newquay
Come rain or shine, Relentless Energy Drink Boardmasters never fails to disappoint. Unfortunately this year it was more a case of the former, but that didn’t stop plenty of world-class surfers making use of the decent waves at Fistral Beach, BMX and skate pros showing their skills in drier moments and thousands dancing to a huge line-up of musical genius at Watergate Bay.
The festival continues to go from strength to strength, with the Men’s Longboard competition upgraded to a 6 star event and Radio 1 broadcasting live from the site. Kick yourself if you missed it – and if you were there, enjoy looking back over an action-packed week in Cornwall.
