2008's Reading & Leeds festivals were truly a double-sided coin
As the heavens opened over Leeds creating a mud bath a fussy pig would have been proud of, Reading basqued in warm August rays and treated the revellers to a beautiful weekend. With one of the heaviest line-ups to date, the Relentless crew descended apon the weekend with a fist full of metal and the will to rock.
Rage Against the Machine, Metallica, Tenacious D and Gallows were our highlights. Our boys In Case of Fire also did us proud too....Pendulum set the tent on fire, and Chromeo got the whole marquee jumping with a rendition of Dire Straits' classic, 'Money For Nothing'...Big shout out to the Ultimate Power guys who played a giant set of power ballad madness in the Relentless guest area.
That brought our festival season to a close, and what was truly an epic Relentless summer.
