Relentless Suzuki by TAS Team gears up for a high-octane season of Superbike action

This Easter Bank Holiday weekend, 38 riders will compete again for one of the most sought-after titles in the game and Relentless will be returning to the championship for 2011.

World-class motor racing

The BSB is undoubtedly the most renowned domestic motorcycle racing series in the world. From 22 - 25 April, the Relentless Suzuki by TAS Team will be donning their leathers and taking to some of the most iconic around tracks for 12 weeks of inspirational Super Bike racing and nail-biting sportsmanship.

Relentless Suzuki’s squad of world-class riders have already seen some great results this year, with Mel Pocock finishing fourth in the standings at the Maxxis British Motorcross Championship held in Norfolk.

The team

Now it’s rookie Josh Brookes’ chance to show us all what he’s made of when he makes his Relentless Suzuki debut at BSB, riding in the Superbike Class on bike number 2. With a second place win last year, great things are expected from the 27-year-old Australian.

Another new addition to the team, but not to the world of Superbike racing, is Brit biker Guy Martin. The multi-talented rider will also be competing on behalf of Relentless Suzuki, attempting to boldly master the number 11 Super Stock Bike for a string of potential podium finishes.

Elsewhere one of Relentless Suzuki’s fastest rising stars, Alastair Seeley, will be upgrading his rookie status and putting his skills to the test once again when he sets out to conquer the Super Sport bike at number 34.

More in store

Taking place over 12 weeks between April and October 2011, the championship will travel to some of the UK’s most renowned racing tracks, including Donington Park and Silverstone.

As well enjoying eight hours of full-on competitive motorbike racing each day, guests will be able to experience a jam-packed program of events, courtesy of Relentless Suzuki. Come and marvel at our impressive team truck in the paddock and pits area at Brands Hatch on the opening weekend and you could be in with a chance of winning a signed 2011 jacket, gloves and knee slider.
